Sheona Little is the visionary Founder of Siyanda Wellness and the Siyanda Institute for Holistic Healing, where she creates empowering experiences that foster healing, connection, and community. With over 20 years of experience as an educator and wellness practitioner, Sheona blends her expertise in holistic healing practices, mindfulness, and education to design inclusive spaces that nurture the mind, body, and soul. She guides individuals and communities toward resilience, belonging, and empowerment through transformative wellness programs, retreats, and curated healing experiences. Sheona is also the Founder of the Siyanda Girls Group, a youth empowerment program that helps young women build leadership, empowerment and purpose. In her current role as a Talent Management & Educator Coach with the Schools of Innovation Network for the School District of the City of York, Sheona supports teachers in creating empowering classroom environments that promote both academic and social-emotional success. Through her dynamic workshops, trainings, and professional development sessions, she equips educators with the tools to teach with purpose, joy, and cultural responsiveness. Guided by the core values of healing, community, and empowerment and through the fusion of wellness and education, Sheona is reimagining what it means to teach, learn, and heal cultivating a future where thriving individuals create thriving communities.

Racquel Barnes, NBC-HWC
Founder/CEO of Fit2You Wellness & Urban EdRx National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), Mastery Transformation Coach, Yoga Coach, Zumba/Zumba Gold Instructor, and RYT Yoga Instructor.
Racquel Barnes, founder of UrbanEdRx and Fit2You Wellness, is a Transformation and Yoga Coach, and wellness advocate with over 20 years of experience in wellness practices and education. She currently serves as a Parent and Community Coordinator and leads workshops and retreats for school organizations focused on wellness and social-emotional learning. A former teacher who overcame chronic stress and burnout, Racquel now helps educators, students, and communities reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build resilience. She holds a B.A. in Health & Exercise Science from Rowan University and certifications as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Mastery Transformation Coach, and Yoga Instructor, among others.

Ebony Harmon, M. Psyc.
Founder/CEO of HarmonEWellness, Certified well-being & Transformational Coach, Meditation Specialist, Drama Therapist, Sound-Healing Practitioner
Ebony Harmon is the Founder and CEO of HarmonEWellness and a Talent Management Coach in the Dream It Forward Network for the School District of the City of York. With over 20 years of experience working with underserved communities, Ebony is committed to expanding access to mental and physical well-being while fostering avenues for creative expression. She combines her extensive background in the performing arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Film & Media Arts, and a Master’s degree in Psychology to create holistic healing spaces that empower individuals and communities to thrive.

Jocelyn Branam
Jocelyn Branam serves as Director of Talent for North American Rail Solutions, where she leads enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy across the United States and Canada. In this role, she partners with executive leaders to build inclusive, people-centered workforce strategies that support sustainable growth, organizational health, and long-term success. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition across healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and staffing, Jocelyn brings a deep understanding of how purpose-driven leadership, access to opportunity, and human-centered systems create thriving organizations and communities. Her work has focused on building environments where individuals are seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Jocelyn is deeply committed to holistic healing, equity, and community well-being. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Siyanda Institute for Holistic Healing, where she supports the Institute’s mission to promote healing, resilience, and empowerment through integrative and community-based approaches. She also serves as President and Advisory Board Member for the Harrisburg High School School of Business and Industry Honors Prep Program, advancing youth mentorship, leadership development, and workforce readiness. She resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with her family and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Penn State Harrisburg.

Treena Johnson
Treena is an educator, healthcare professional, and community advocate with over 30 years of experience serving diverse populations. She brings a compassionate, holistic approach to wellness, community health, and increasing awareness of breast cancer disparities. She holds master’s degrees in Health Education and Special Education and currently serves as a Special Education Teacher with the City of York School District, where she advocates for student-centered support and equitable access to resources. Her background also includes 15 years as a Nurse Extern and Medical Coordinator, providing direct patient care and coordinating health services across acute and long-term care settings. A leader in wellness and advocacy, Treena has served as Committee Chair for Physical and Mental Health, directing initiatives focused on prevention, mental-health literacy, and community wellness. She remains committed to advancing health equity and whole-person wellbeing.

Boared Director
Ty Little
Ty is the Founder and CEO of BlueRobin Group, a rising creative consultancy specializing in sports branding, cultural strategy, and creator advisory. Since launching BlueRobin in 2018, he has grown the company from a basement startup into a trusted partner for athletes, creators, and brands looking to build culturally relevant impact. A former two-time district basketball champion and McDonald’s All-American nominee, Ty brings a competitive mindset into business and strategy. He developed his expertise in marketing and consulting at Norfolk State and Delaware State Universities, later gaining agency experience in New York City supporting major campaigns for Kraft and Meta. In addition to leading BlueRobin, Ty is a business education teacher, using his knowledge of entrepreneurship and branding to equip high school students with real-world skills and pathways to success, extending his impact from boardrooms to classrooms and communities.
